the mid twentieth century. His research had phenomenal results; the
individuals consuming Siberian Ginseng were able to work (mental and/or
physical activities) for extended periods of time while maintaining
a high level of efficiency in their work. Helping to fuel the Soviet

Qualities
Siberian Ginseng is widely known as the
“King of the Adaptogens”. The term adaptogen refers to
natural substances found only in a few rare herbs and plant species.
These substances provide special nutrients that facilitate optimal
health inside of the body. Adaptogens have many notable characteristics,
they are non-toxic, can be take for long periods of time safely, they
produce an inner resiliency, improve performance physically and mentally,
and they generate balance within the various systems of the body.
Adaptogens assist in regulation of internal functions in the body,
which when operating smoothly will produce an inner harmony (HEALTH).
This allows the body to better adapt to challenges of life. Creating
a superior microcosm that can flourish even in stressful and /or dangerous
environments.
The “King”, Siberian Ginseng
bestows many adaptogenic blessings upon those that regularly consume
this special herb. It is particularly useful for stimulating respiration
and opening up the lungs, increasing the amount of oxygen absorbed
in the body. This directly affects the development of endurance
in both the physical and mental arena. Siberian Ginseng is unique
for not only producing a long lasting stamina, but also for immediately
boosting a short-term energy reserves.
Research has shown Siberian Ginseng
has a marked ability to regulate Adrenal gland function. These endocrine
glands produce hormones, which determine our ability to handle stress
(fight or flight response). By normalizing adrenal function Siberian
Ginseng provides an excellent buffer against physical and psychological
overload. Additionally Siberian Ginseng has been proven to enhance
the immune response in humans. Moderate consumption of Siberian
Ginseng will stimulate the production of T-Lymphoctyes white blood
cells. Otherwise known as “killer cells” because they
defend the body by destroying any pathogens (bacteria, viruses,
etc.) they encounter.

Summary
We live in a rapidly changing multicultural
world. With social structures and models becoming outdated daily we
all are struggling to find common ground to stand upon. Many give
up, because they are overwhelmed by enormity of our creations and
complexity of the problems we face daily. They lack the energy to
engage with life. Siberian Ginseng can provide that extra energy,
helping hone the body and mind, creating space and the willingness
to play. |
