Preparation
Take one capsule three times per day for the first week, then one to two capsules per day, until packet is finished.
Deep cleanse, three to four capsules per day until packet is finished.

For Best Results take capsules on an empty stomach. At least 20 minutes before meals or 60 min after meals.
Take pills in the early morning, after lunch, and before sleeping for the best results.
